Duty Manager – LimerickOur client, a leading Irish retailer with an extensive presence across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, is currently seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Duty Manager to join their high-performing store team in Limerick.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business recognised for its strong people culture, ongoing investment in development, and fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. You will take ownership of floor operations, drive sales performance, and lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Retail grocery, non food or fashion high volume management experience all consideredKey Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring the store is commercially focused at all times
Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock availability, and visual presentation
Lead, motivate, and coach team members to maximise performance and engagement
Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
Support effective store operations including rostering, task delegation, and team development
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment

Skills and Experience Required:

2-3 years previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Commercially aware and target-driven
Passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service
Energetic, ambitious, and results-focused
