Our world-class team is at the forefront of technological breakthroughs, and we're looking for an Analog Design Lead to join our talented and experienced group of engineers.As a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer, you will develop new solutions to challenging, multi-disciplinary problems. You will also provide technical guidance to upper management with a holistic view of the whole chip beyond the AMS module level. Additionally, you will need to enable concurrent engineering by optimizing block partitioning, including floorplanning, design flow, deliverables, and timelines. Furthermore, you will be part of a dynamic and experienced team, and your technical knowledge will lead us to the next level in our mission of excellence.
In your new role you will:
  • Specify and design high-performance data converter circuits that achieve low power consumption and efficient implementation
  • Serve as a technical expert and go-to person for analog and system designers, providing solutions to complex problems
  • Play a lead role in the development of mixed-signal solutions for the next generation of automotive products
  • Work closely with architects and system engineers to define IP and product specifications
  • Design high-performance data converters
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on electronics is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of industry experience is necessary for this role
  • Proven expertise in the entire Silicon product development lifecycle, encompassing architecture, definition, development, and production testing, is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design flows, including proficiency in Cadence tools
  • Familiarity with requirement-driven development flows and requirement definition
  • The ability to interpret system specifications and translate them into requirements at the IP level
  • Experience with various analog circuits, including ADCs, DACs, Bandgaps, high-voltage circuits, and OpAmp
  • Design experience in FinFet technology nodes is required
  • A solid understanding of IP development, chip integration, testability, and mixed-signal verification
  • The ability to provide mentorship and expertise to mixed-signal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex IPs
  • Project planning, design, and verification skills are necessary to support the delivery of complex IPs.
  • As an experienced designer, a significant aspect of this role involves mentoring and coaching junior engineers on best practices in mixed-signal design
  • Fluency in English
