- Supporting and servicing end-user customer accounts within the food industry.
- Conducting site training on chemical safety and product applications.
- Completing service reports to support sales, cost control, safety, and sustainability objectives.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing distributor relationships within the region.
- Providing insights into marketing opportunities and service improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Experience in the food hygiene industry or on-site technical service roles - happy to look at Quality Managers coming from Food Manufacturing
- Sales experience with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong planning and multitasking abilities.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A full, clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
