BC&I is a centralised operational control function that works across siloes to deliver efficient, consistent, and high‑quality control execution. The team’s mission is to centralise and execute core control activities with maximum efficiency and minimal rework, delivering faster turnaround, consistent outputs, and improved operational stability across North America and the Europe, Africa & Asia regions.In this role, you will contribute directly to the Bank’s operational stability by carrying out daily control checks, interpreting operational data, identifying issues early, and guiding remediation.
