
Contracts Administrator (CSA)

- Administer contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packages
- Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplines
- Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications
- Coordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teams
- Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones
- Prepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensions
- Manage payment applications and certificate processes
- Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence
- Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to CSA works
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical construction standards and regulations
- Support procurement activities for CSA packages
- Coordinate with project management and commercial teams
- Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience
- Construction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projects
- Knowledge of CSA construction processes and terminology
- Experience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Fluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
- Valid EU work authorization
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Law, or related field
- Professional certification in contract administration
- Experience with pharmaceutical facility construction
- Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations
