Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary for our client based in Carrick-on-Suir.Key Requirements:

Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions
Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and requirements.
Act as a liaison between clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in conveyancing transactions.
Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on the progress of cases
Assist in the preparation of client invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing.
Provide administrative assistance to conveyancing solicitors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling phone calls.

Key Requirements:

Previous conveyancing experience.
Competent in Dictation.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
