- Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in conveyancing transactions.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on the progress of cases
- Assist in the preparation of client invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Provide administrative assistance to conveyancing solicitors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling phone calls.
- Previous conveyancing experience.
- Competent in Dictation.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
