- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and proactively engineer solutions to optimize processes.
- Conducting in-depth business analysis to outline existing challenges and present feasible solutions, thereby enhancing business processes and service delivery.
- Execute sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for a fast growing sales organization.
- Driving sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational scalability.
- Supporting the sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies, culminating in an expanded customer base and increased revenue.
- Document data flows, operating procedures, and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Support sales with day-to-day operations, prioritize requests, and solve escalations in a timely manner.
- Work with other MSO members to resolve sales support issues, and identify areas of improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy or growth role within a fast-paced technology company
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Analytics, Business Management or other relevant / quantitative disciplines or equivalent experience
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce or similar type of CRM solutions, Tableau/Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong influencing skills
- A self-starter and has the ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities who is results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumenPreferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred
