Communicare is looking for an empathetic, patient and dependable Social Care Assistant who has a genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to providing high-quality care.We provide individualised and person-centred residential disability services. The key responsibilities of this role include:

Support our clients in daily tasks such as personal care, light housekeeping, food preparation.
Provide companionship and support with social activities.
Work to promote the health and well-being of clients.

Role requirements:

FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Social Care or Healthcare
Two written references.
Understanding of HIQA standards and regulations.
CPR & Patient Moving and Handling Certificates
Full driving license and access to a car is a distinct advantage but not essential.
