- Liaise with client representatives to address requests, issues, or complaints promptly.
- Review and complete Logbooks and SOPs in line with cGMP standards to ensure compliance.
- Maintain stocked areas with essential equipment and components, placing timely stock orders.
- Manage timesheets daily.
- Maintain staff morale and contribute to team-building efforts.
- Assist with employee training and document all training activities.
- Report on employee relations issues to the Supervisor/Manager and follow up as needed.
- Adhere to Health & Safety rules, ensuring compliance with legislation such as the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work Act and associated regulations.
- Complete Accident/Incident Report Forms as required and ensure incidents are reported to management.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work alternative hours, shift patterns, and/or weekends as required.
