- Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and logistics
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Relevant qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with production planning systems or ERP software
