We’re hiring an experienced Android Architect for a 6-month day rate contract with a leading client in Dublin. You’ll drive the architecture of Android solutions across key product areas, working closely with mobile, backend, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable features.Responsibilities include:Defining and evolving Android architecture and tech stackLeading technical design and code review processesCollaborating with cross-functional teams on security, performance, and integrationSupporting mobile teams with clean architecture and modern Android practicesContributing to payment integrations (NFC, tokenization, AppSync, etc.)Requirements:Expert in Kotlin, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Android architecture patternsStrong experience in Android security and compliance (PCI-DSS a plus)Hands-on experience with mobile payments, hardware integrations, or POS systems is desirableStrong communicator and technical leaderAvailable to be onsite in Dublin 1-2 days per week
