At Excel Recruitment we are currently recruiting a Production Administrator on behalf of our client based in Co. Laois.As a Production Administrator, you will be responsible for tracking workflows from the initial production phase to assembly and, ultimately, to delivery. Your key duties will include production forecasting and proactively addressing any delays or production issues that may arise. This role will require strong administrative skills, exceptional organisation, and effective communication.Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Tracking: Monitor and oversee the entire production process, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
Production Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to predict production requirements, materials, and workforce needs.
Issue Resolution: Identify potential production bottlenecks, delays, or issues and take proactive measures to resolve them, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping to support project and production management.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and customers to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and timelines.
System Management: Utilise relevant software and systems to support production processes and project tracking.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project administration or a related role.
Proficiency in IT and administrative tools and software.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
A passion for furniture and craftsmanship is a plus.
