UL Hospital Group is hiring Podiatrist, Senior (Diabetes-Hospital) - Rolling CampaignThere are currently two permanent whole-time vacancy available in the Podiatry Department, University Hospital Limerick.A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for University Hospital Limerick from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.This post is Hospital based providing diabetic foot knowledge, supporting the Endocrinologist and their diabetes team, leading on the hospital diabetic foot service and providing leadership and specialist clinical knowledge in the diabetic multidisciplinary diabetic foot team with the hospital service. Working to develop integrated care pathways for the diabetic foot within the hospital service, with the Diabetic Foot Protection Team and the diabetes specialist team in the Ambulatory care HUB within the community settings.The commitment for this post will be for 35 hours per week.This post may be subject to restructuring in the future to facilitate the re-organisation of services in line with new clinical models of care within acute and community services.
