Elevate partners are currently working with a growing Irish debt advisory and corporate finance boutique who are currently looking to hire an Associate Director. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, well-networked in the Irish market, and capable of leading client engagements and delivering tailored funding solutions. A selection of job responsibilities highlighted below.

Originate new mandates and develop strong client relationships

Advise on capital structures and funding options

Lead transaction execution from start to finish

Build financial models and prepare marketing/documentation materials

Negotiate with lenders and capital providers

Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and market presence

Requirements

ACA or CFA qualified

7-10 yrs in debt advisory, corporate finance, private credit, or banking

Strong origination track record and network in the Irish market

In-depth knowledge of debt products (growth, M&A, working capital, refinancing)

Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skills

Proactive, commercially driven, and team oriented

Experience with Irish SMEs and various lender types
