Our client, a well-established construction contractor based in Donegal, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to join their growing team. This is a permanent role offering long-term employment within the local area, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking stability and continuity in their career.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all finishing works on residential and/or commercial construction projects to the highest standards.Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and trades on-site to ensure quality finishes.Work closely with the site management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.Maintain health and safety compliance on-site.Monitor progress and provide regular reports to project managers.Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.Conduct snagging and handover processes with clients and project stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in the Irish or UK construction sector.Strong background in high-quality finishes, ideally in both residential and commercial developments.Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate trades effectively.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication and leadership skills.Full driving licencePackage:Competitive salary (DOE)Long-term, permanent employment with a reputable local contractorCareer progression opportunities within a growing organisationLocal projects with minimal travel outside Donegal
