- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues.
- Manage a service desk, oversee ticketing systems, and ensure timely resolution of issues with high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new employees on IT systems and processes.
- Monitor and maintain computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Conduct regular hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring proper licensing and compliance.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting local area network (LAN) and wireless network issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain network security and data integrity.
