- Strategically grow the Henderson Foodservice share of major Accounts across the Dublin City Centre region establishing the Company as a first-choice partner in food service within the Irish marketplace.
- Build a pipeline of new business targets across key sectors and categories.
- Convert targets into opportunities and demonstrate ability to win new business.
- Recruit new customers on a regular basis that deliver high revenue and margin.
- Manage a range of customer accounts and establish collaborative customer relationships.
- Conduct effective and insightful presentations to customers, building the Henderson Foodservice brand.
- A minimum of two years' Field Sales experience within a Foodservice, Wholesale or FMCG environment .
- Proven record of achieving performance KPI's, sales and margin budgets within a new territory.
- Proven ability to convert new business sales within relevant time targets and developing solid pipeline opportunities.
- Experience of pricing and margin including ability to calculate and balance across ledger mix.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- A current EU driving licence.
- Ability to negotiate and influence effectively
- Ability to communicate with credibility to varied stakeholders
- Enjoy independent working, using your initiative and demonstrable problem solving aptitude
- A flair for networking and evidence of solid customer relationships
- Market and product knowledge within Foodservice in the Irish Market
