- Develop detailed financial forecasts by leveraging historical, trended, and real-time business insights.
- Monitor departmental and functional spending, identifying and analyzing material variances using system-generated reports.
- Support month-end close by preparing journal entries to ensure accurate accounting at all levels.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports, interpreting current business performance data.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses (e.g., EVA, NPV), presenting actionable recommendations to management.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, including acquisitions, product launches, and strategic initiatives through scenario modeling.
- Perform sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of key variable changes on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Promote and implement robust financial planning processes to support strategic objectives.
- 5+ years PQE (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
- Previous experience in people management and operating as a strategic finance business partner.
- Demonstrated experience in financial systems planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proven application of Lean tools and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Project management and SAP implementation experience is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership across cross-functional and global teams.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or similar operational environment is highly desirable.
