The successful candidate will lead financial strategy, oversee core teams across Financial Reporting, Payroll, and Compliance, and act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the business..Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Finance Director on strategic financial planning
- Lead, manage and develop finance teams
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Oversee financial accounting and tax compliance
- Deliver key finance projects and process improvements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with 8+ years' post-qualification experience
- Experienced in managing finance teams and working at a senior level
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- High IT proficiency and commercial awareness
- Collaborative communicator with strong leadership skills
