Kildare - PermanentSalary: €35,000 - €40,000Office Based RoleMy client is seeking to appoint an experienced AR / Credit Controller on a full time permanent basis.Candidates will need to have a strong background in the Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger sideExperience of using Navision would be a distinct advantageA good working knowledge of Excel would also be an advantageKey Responsibilities:
- Preparing Sales Invoices on a computerised system & Statements monthly - working towards a monthly deadline
- Reconciling Accounts
- Credit Control (collection of Debtors Accounts) / dealing with credit insurance
- Processing Account Applications
- Monthly meeting with Accounts Manager to discuss Debtors
- Assisting alongside Weighbridge Operator
- Assist in other aspects of the accounts to cover for holidays
- Answering Telephone
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Preferably background in sales ledger & credit control
- Experience of using Navision would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Excel
