This team is expanding its Dublin operation and is seeking a driven Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to help accelerate its growth. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and guiding clients through high value solutions that support their digital transformation.The Role
- Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement.
- Manage multiple high value relationships with a focus on long term growth and strategic follow up.
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that create value and strengthen partnerships.
- Navigate complex organisational structures to identify business challenges and influence decision making.
- Work closely with sales and technical colleagues to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring visibility of all activity and pipeline progress.
- Keep informed of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities within the AI landscape.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales cycle and provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial targets.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- A proven background in outbound B2B sales within technology, SaaS, or a similar consultative environment.
- Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise level clients is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial drive with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple opportunities at once.
- Confidence managing conversations with C suite leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable using sales technology, CRM tools, and structured sales processes.
- A willingness to take feedback, continuously develop, and contribute to team success.
- Strong problem solving skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
