  • Manage stores and spare parts processes
  • Oversee contractor systems, audits, and permit control documentation
  • Produce and maintain KPI reporting for engineering
  • Administer the Shire System, including backlog control and feedback mechanisms
  • Manage emails, liaising with suppliers and handling general enquiries and requests
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance in conjunction with function heads
  • Conduct internal fabrication audits
  • Support the organisation and execution of the engineering compliance plan
  • Maintain and update the library of technical, legal, and insurance compliance requirements
  • Ensure compliance across areas including Legionella, PSSR, LOLER, Electrical, COSHH, PUWER, calibrations, validations, contractor control, and engineering procedures
  • Ensure all equipment meets statutory and H&S standards, escalating concerns where necessary
