Responsible for ensuring facilities, garden and common areas are safe, well functioning and ready for visitors, tenants and staff. In addition, you will be responsible for the upkeep of all outside spaces on the property also such as parking area, walkways and building surroundings. You will oversee waste disposal on-site also ensuring safe and clean hallways, clear entry and exit as well as fire exit points at all times. You will maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of the the property overall, at all times. CE Scheme is a great way to open up a pathway to employment for somebody who hasn't been working for a long time. It offers valuable occupational experience and onsite training plus courses. It helps you with upskilling to increase opportunities for employment. As a Community Employment participant you continue to retain secondary benefits like medical card. CE Scheme gives you an opportunity to work in the local community, you work only 19:30 hours per week and you are able to find part time job on top of CE Scheme. 50% of Partas staff are former CE Participants.
