- Lead the delivery of site-based infrastructure projects on behalf of Uisce Éireann, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, environmental, programme, and cost requirements.
- Review and monitor Contractor documentation and performance, including HSQE submissions (RAMS, TMPs), CEMPs, quality plans, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety reviews, and quality audits, ensuring works are completed in accordance with specifications and approved proposals, and assist with incident investigations as required.
- Supervise construction activities, maintain detailed project records, and support the coordination and monitoring of commissioning works to achieve timely project completion.
- Administer commercial aspects of contracts, including assessment of interim and final accounts, variations, claims, and contractor performance against KPIs.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the Project Team, Employer's Representative, Local Authorities, utility providers, landowners, and the public to ensure coordinated project delivery.

- Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in the site supervision of civil engineering construction works.
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, pipelines and other large-scale civil works.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, regulatory compliance, safety auditing and RAMS review.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC, and experience in the assessment of Contractor claims and payment applications.
- Experience in reviewing design submissions and participation in Project Workshops.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance Systems.
- Able to travel to site.
