
Production and Logistics Planner

- Develop demand forecasts in partnership with commercial teams.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturing partners on raw material procurement, production capacity, and output.
- Monitor daily production performance and address supply risks proactively.
- Manage outbound finished goods logistics to the US, optimising sea vs. air freight strategies.
- Collaborate with warehouses and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain balanced inventory levels aligned with revenue and safety stock targets.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production, supply, or demand planning.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Familiarity with FDA medical device regulations and Good Distribution Practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
