- Demonstrates professionalism when representing the project / PM Group.
- Assist in prequalification process.
- Assist with preparation of bid lists
- Assist in preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Tender (RFTs).
- Assist with co-ordination of RFIs.
- Assist with change management.
- Assist in evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender reports.
- Assist with reconciliation of tenders with package budgets.
- Manage Equipment procurement schedules (EPS)
- Manage the day to day systems which the department uses Commercial Manage System (CMS) Cork Business Unit SharePoint, Sourcedogg.
- Assist with valuation of change orders, interim payments and final accounts.
- Ability to focus efforts and energy on successfully achieving standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives
- A degree in Business or Supply Chain level 7 or 8
- Ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline project environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
