- Implement the business plan for the assigned territory, aligning with corporate sales strategies to drive profitable business performance.
- Translate strategic and tactical business plans for the segment into actionable implementation plans for nominated accounts.
- Utilize all available customer information sources, especially CRM systems, to effectively communicate and sell the company’s value and service proposition.
- Provide comprehensive account management for nominated accounts, including executing development plans.
- Identify non-segment accounts with growth potential and support branch colleagues to develop these into major accounts.
- Review customer and interested parties’ requirements to ensure they are met.
- Liaise regularly with customers and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Maintain a clear understanding of company policies, vision, and the role of the Integrated Management System.
- Respond promptly to customer and interested parties’ communications via email and telephone.
- Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are achieved or exceeded.
- 3 years sales experience - Account management, Business development
- 2 years Working in a fast-paced Manufacturing / Service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- 3rd level degree
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- €45k -50k DOE
- 10% bonus
