Purpose of Role:We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic Keyworks team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Keyworks Project Manager, the right candidate will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of client-facing projects.As an on-site leader, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation activities, coordinating with team members, management, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will also drive efficiency, productivity, and attention to detail on all works. This is a key role within Tritech, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to our reputation for engineering excellence and client satisfaction, while developing your leadership and site management skills.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:· Provide guidance, direction and support to all tradespeople on site.· Assign tasks to team members, ensuring work assigned is to project specification and completed in a timely manner.· Monitor quality of the work performed by the team, conducting inspections and providing feedback to the Keyworks project manager, ensuring compliance at all times.· Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety protocols are adhered to at all times promoting a safe working environment and work practices at all times.· Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action when required.· Liaise with client regarding works and requirements on site.· Monitor labour hours vs allowance on projects· Work across various small and keywork projects within the Keyworks Department to ensure all programmes and timelines are met.· Monitor material stocks on site to ensure continuity of works on site.Role Requirements:· Must have a strong electrical trade background.· 5 years’ experience post apprenticeship· Previous experience working on large and industrial projects.· Excellent organisation and communication· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities· Good attention to detailTritech is an equal opportunity employer.By applying for a position with Tritech Engineering and forwarding your details included in your Curriculum Vitae, you are consenting to Tritech Engineering processing your data in line with data protection law, namely the Data Protection Act (2018) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
