Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Contract Manager to lead cleaning operations at a high-profile healthcare facility in the Kildare area. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on quality and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities of the Site Contract Manager:
  • Ensure all cleaning standards meet SLA and HIQA requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Liaise with hospital department managers to maintain high service levels.
  • Create and manage staff rosters and payroll in line with budget.
  • Lead performance management, training, and development of cleaning staff.
  • Maintain accurate records for attendance, training, and reviews.
  • Manage contract budgets including staff, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to the client.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and ISO standards.
  • Oversee waste handling in line with infection control policies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support Operations Manager.
  • Adapt schedules and SOPs to meet operational needs.
