Role: Customer Service Representative – Czech / Slovak Speaking MarketSalary: €38.5K p/a + bonus (up to 3K p/a)Work Hours: 5 Day Working Week (rotating shifts including some weekends and late evenings)Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional assistance via chat and email, prioritizing first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently handle a wide variety of account and player-related queries within set service timeframes.
  • Take full responsibility for customer issues, ensuring they are resolved directly or escalated to the correct department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Keep the user community informed about the latest products, service features, and promotional offers.
  • Assist in business growth through outbound sales campaigns (strictly no cold calling).
  • Partner with various internal departments to support broader business goals.
Requirements:
  • Professional-level fluency in English, Czech and Slovak is essential.
  • Previous background in customer service (e.g., contact center, retail, or hospitality).
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
  • A creative mindset for resolving complex customer challenges.
  • High level of IT literacy and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
