- Act as a point of contact for members while building good relationships and strong rapport.
- Respond to all member-related enquiries across multiple channels, including in-branch, phone, email, online platforms, and social media.
- Assess personal loan applications (e.g. car loans, home improvement, education) by reviewing member documentation, affordability, and credit history.
- Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in converting initial member enquiries into complete and accurate loan applications, ready for assessment.
- Maintain fast and efficient loan processing times while upholding a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a strong, member-focused lending service by actively participating in team discussions, process improvements, and service initiatives.
- A minimum of an APA (Accredited Product Advisor) is required; QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification is highly desirable.
- 1-2 year's experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a financial institution, with a strong background in lending processes.
- A third-level qualification is an advantage but not essential.
