- Develop seasonal and à la carte menus in line with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations
- Manage food costings, budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and health & safety protocols
- Collaborate with hotel management on overall guest experience and event planning
- Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Senior Head Chef in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or formal qualification in professional cookery
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent knowledge of food trends, kitchen operations, and team management
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
