Provide routine support services on our customer site. Support services include process water sampling, wet end chemistry, water treatment, equipment maintenance, reporting, and chemical inventory management.
Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment
Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders
Provide technical support; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant qualifications in chemistry, mechanical, or process
Experience working with various software packages, including CRM, Power BI, Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Working knowledge of cooling towers, closed systems, chemical feed systems, control equipment, pre-treatment systems and wet end chemistry
