• Scheduling, expediting, inspection, and logistics management to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed according to the project contract, budget, and timeline
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community members.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or inquiries.

• 1-3 years of experience in Construction,
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Ireland.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
