You’ll provide the talent, ambition, and drive.As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for, monitoring and reporting of operational performance metrics through data analytics. This is a challenging role that relies on your ability to effectively analyze performance and identify opportunities that will support leadership in delivering critical business results. You will also be responsible for analyzing impact of an event such as a new program going live or an outage.
Success in this role depends on the individuals’ ability to pay attention to details, analytical capabilities, conduct root cause analysis, create / validate an action plan (short term and long term) and effectively report out at an operational and leadership level. - Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Use data analytics to understand process performance and pinpoint bottlenecks
- Collect highly complex data from various sources and business departments to organize it for data analysis
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, identifying trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders using data visualization techniques
- Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges based on data analysis
- Develop and implement new processes or enhance existing ones to boost efficiency and productivity
- Create detailed project plans for process changes and oversee their execution
- Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes within the organization
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support the implementation of new processes
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather input and secure buy-in for process changes
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data in business reviews
- Proven previous experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role within a large matrix environment.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing data, and effectively presenting data to senior stakeholders, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Significant operations metric analytics and reporting experience
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
- Strong communication skill sets, with the ability to support and present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders
- Previous experience working within a large multinational matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
