- Qualify inbound leads from growth and enterprise customers and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Plan and execute outbound prospecting campaigns into target accounts in the DACH region.
- Learn to speak confidently about modern data, analytics, and AI concepts, becoming familiar with tools like SQL and the platform.
- Work closely with a team of SDRs, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Are a fluent (C2) German speaker and confident communicating in English.
- Have 1+ years of experience in sales, SDR, business development, or a commercial/consulting role; strong internship experience also considered.
- Are highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
- Have a genuine interest in technology, data, and AI and are keen to develop in tech sales (inbound and outbound).
- Are organised, efficient, and able to manage a high volume of activity while keeping your inbox under control.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working closely with teammates and cross-functional partners.
- Experience or strong interest in analytics, data, BI, ETL, or open-source software.
- A background in AI, data, engineering, business, or consulting.
