Health and Safety AdministratorWe are currently looking for a Health and Safety Administrator for our client in Meath. The role will involve completing administration duties relating to the Health and Safety activities in the company. This can be either a part-time or full-time role.The role would suit someone with a keen interest in administration and some knowledge of health and safety.Responsibilities:Assist in the maintenance of the company's H&S Management System in compliance with relevant legislation, standards and best practices.Maintain and update EHS documentation including method statements, policies, procedures, reports, registers, and records.Assist with contractor safety management including permit-to-work, and inductions.Provide support on audits to verify compliance with legislation, regulation, standards andEnsure files are organised.Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience working in a similar role.Excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.Proactive in approach.
