- Troubleshoot PC-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot PC and laptop applications and hardware components.
- Coordinate warranty repairs with relevant hardware vendors.
- Perform ad-hoc deployment and on-site installation of workstation hardware and software.
- Manage workstation asset recovery and maintenance, including spare parts inventory.
- Ensure incidents and requests are completed within SLA in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain daily ticket updates and accurate reporting.
- Provide support for meeting room environments and video conferencing setups.
- Assist with support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Offer assistance with mobile devices, including iPads and iPhones.
- Provide support for Apple MAC devices.
- Perform end-user data backup and restoration as needed.
- Continuously learn and share new skills through independent research, formal training, and industry events.
- Interest in learning new skills and staying abreast of changing technologies.

- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ (901, 902), CompTIA N, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows system administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network/server administration with troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with server and client operating system/software installation and management.
- Proficiency in PC, printer, and server hardware.
- Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in LAN/WAN environments with network services maintenance and security administration.
- Working knowledge of wireless technologies.
