The company is scaling, and this is a brand new role for the business.The company is passionate about a greener future and is experiencing rapid expansion, including recent growth into the UK.They are on the lookout for a talented Finance Manager to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting operational excellence across both regions.As Finance Manager, you'll lead the financial function for both the Irish and UK operations. You'll work closely with the CFO, acting as a strategic partner while managing day-to-day financial activities, reporting, and team leadership. This is a critical role in supporting the company's continued growth and innovation.Responsibilities:

Oversee all finance operations across Ireland and the UK
Deliver timely and accurate management accounts, forecasts, and variance reports
Provide insights and analysis to support pricing, investments, and strategic decisions
Collaborate with leadership on key initiatives, funding strategies, and sustainability finance
Support grant applications and financial reporting for sustainability-related projects
Lead and mentor a team of six professionals across AP, AR, Payroll, and Reporting
Set clear goals and drive a high-performance culture

Experience:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in a scaling or high-growth business-EV, tech, or cleantech sectors is a bonus
Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite, Xero, or Sage, plus strong Excel skills
A hands-on leader with excellent communication and analytical skills
