- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office in a welcoming, courteous,
- Handle tenant enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, maintaining positive
- Follow security procedures for recording guests, suppliers, contractors, and other visitors.
- To assist and comply with Health and Safety administration, safe working practices, and
- Issue visitor passes/employee ID cards.
- Support the facilities department
- Manage schedules and reactive requests from clients for work to be done onsite
- Maintain property files
- Update tenant records with relevant information
- Coordinate contractor agreements and the servicing of equipment, relevant report, and
- Assist with financial administration including checking and issuing P.O.s
- Administer third party contractor agreements.
- Orders office supplies and other common use items for the location.
- Administrative duties such as archiving and filing.
- Complete any incident reports, daily activity reports, or other written documents as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years' minimum experience as a Front of House Receptionist. Facilities Administration
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate different projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- An exceptional level of professionalism is essential.
