Key Responsibilities: Lead the Food & Beverage department, driving strategies to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with the Director of Golf to ensure seamless club operations. Oversee staff performance, retention, and development through effective training programmes. Manage recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding. Ensure impeccable service standards and profitability, while identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Liaise with Sales and Marketing to develop promotional programmes and oversee events.
