  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using appropriate clinical techniques and equipment
  • Document patient information in accordance with ISCP guidelines and local policies
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including nursing staff and consultants, to implement care plans effectively
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to rehabilitation patient needs
  • Provide clear, appropriate advice considering patients’ medical, social, and cultural backgrounds
  • Develop and progress patient-centred treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic patient records in line with ISCP standards of practice
Requirements
  • Registered with CORU or currently in the process of registration
  • Clinical placement or post-graduate experience in rehabilitation, elderly care, acute medical, or orthopaedics preferred (not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Full clean driving licence, own transport, and access to a smartphone required
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic and supportive rehabilitation environment
