- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using appropriate clinical techniques and equipment
- Document patient information in accordance with ISCP guidelines and local policies
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including nursing staff and consultants, to implement care plans effectively
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to rehabilitation patient needs
- Provide clear, appropriate advice considering patients’ medical, social, and cultural backgrounds
- Develop and progress patient-centred treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic patient records in line with ISCP standards of practice
- Registered with CORU or currently in the process of registration
- Clinical placement or post-graduate experience in rehabilitation, elderly care, acute medical, or orthopaedics preferred (not essential)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full clean driving licence, own transport, and access to a smartphone required
- Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic and supportive rehabilitation environment
- Mentorship and support from experienced Senior and Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists
