We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our clients dynamic Sales & Account Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to take over a well-established desk of customers while continuing to drive growth and market share.Salary and Benefits:
- €70-80k base salary (higher considered for standout experience)
- 10% annual bonus + commission on gross profit over target
- Company car (with BIK)
- Onsite in Dublin 15 Monday - Friday
- (remote will be possible for candidates with the Industry experience & network)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing food distribution clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Ireland
- Upsell to existing clients and explore new product and market opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service excellence and product compliance
- Attend customer visits, trade shows, and networking events
- Generate reports, sales forecasts, and maintain CRM records
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar Account Manager or Sales role
- Strong background in food industry or related distribution sectors
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., BRC, FEMAS, ISO 14001) is a plus
