Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design management role within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project design and management experience.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
