Catering Assistant - Dublin 14 We are hiring a Catering Assistant in Dublin 14 to join a busy healthcare facility. This is a rewarding frontline role where you'll support patient care through nutritious meal preparation and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve meals & drinks to patients and staff. Deliver meals to wards and assist patients during mealtimes. Keep kitchens, equipment, and utensils clean and hygienic. Follow HACCP food safety and infection control procedures. Stock ward pantries and rotate food supplies correctly. Work with catering and ward teams to ensure smooth service. Requirements: 6-12 months' catering or kitchen experience (healthcare experience an advantage). Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards. Legal right to work in Ireland & Garda Vetting clearance.
