- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regulated investment funds, management companies, and other Irish entities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Team Management: Delegate and manage the day-to-day workload of junior team members effectively, contributing to the professional development and success of the team.
- Compliance and Governance: Demonstrate strong knowledge of corporate governance requirements for regulated entities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation such as the Companies Act and the ICAV Act.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate board and general meetings, including agenda formulation, board pack preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action points, ensuring seamless meeting logistics and compliance.
- Regulatory Filings: Prepare and submit annual returns and filings to regulatory authorities such as the Companies Registration Office and the Central Bank of Ireland, maintaining accurate statutory records.
- Internal Collaboration: Engage in internal projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and services, and actively participate in firm-wide committees and initiatives, such as Corporate & Social Responsibility and Diversity and Inclusion.
- 4+ years funds company secretary experience.
- At least 3 of those years in Ireland.
- Must have a european passport / stamp 4/4g working visa.
- Must be in ireland currently.
