- Understanding, creating and developing the client's requirements
- Overseeing the current solution
- Delivering/vanilla PeopleSoft (latest Image) against the requirements
- Writing detailed reports of recommendations to meet the requirements
- Agreeing new solutions
- Building, testing and deploying the agreed solutions
- Transferring product knowledge to the client
- Excellent consulting skills to understand client requirements
- Ability to map business processes to a system solution, identifying gaps and solutions
- Excellent depth of PeopleSoft Finance understanding, including current features
- Good breadth of knowledge across the Finance application, with specific areas of expertise
- Excellent communicator
- Team Player who is also comfortable taking leadership responsibility
- Highly effective working remotely and within disparate teams
- Good understanding of UK banking processes
