- Develop and implement brand strategies that support long-term growth and brand differentiation
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver strong brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organisation
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception in international markets
- Support the development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand strategy
- Work closely with retail and eCommerce teams to ensure the brand experience is consistent across physical and digital channels
- Monitor brand performance and customer perception
- Minimum of three years management experience within brand marketing or brand management
- Experience managing brands within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement
- Commercial awareness and ability to link brand strategy with business growth
- Degree or Master’s qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or Business preferred
