In this role, you will work part-time as part of a job share team 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative support to ensure our organization's smooth operation. As this is a shared job, the mornings and afternoons will be rotated weekly.Reception duties will include answering a busy phone, distributing mail, meeting, and greeting clients and suppliers in person, checking deliveries, ensuring messages are forwarded to the correct recipients.General administrative duties will include Digital filing, photocopying, scanning, stationery control, stationery orders, purchase order and arranging couriers. Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.Requirements
  • Minimum Experience Required: 1 Years of Receptionists (general)
  • Minimum Qualification : Level 3 (including Junior Certification)
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Professional and smart presentation for this front-of-house position.
  • Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Must be eligible to work and reside in Ireland.
