Cpl Healthcare are delighted to announce that we are actively recruiting Social Care Team Lead for a full-time permanent position in Kilcullen, Kildare.Our client is dedicated to supporting people with physical / intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life, a life like any other in a community-based environment.Our client works across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.Requirements:

A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline.
At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility
At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
A full driver's licence is an essential requirement
